Vision Properties manages four successful private islands and numerous luxury waterfront villas all of which they worked with the owners of to create a successful project. Developing and managing just one private island, (much less 4 private islands), requires a strong team that can consistently plan ahead and deal with the infinite logistical, maintenance, provisioning, staffing, weather and other issues that are part of day to day operations of a private island resort. Vision through hard work and dedication has set the standard for successful island and luxury homes management in Placencia. Our vision is to keep improving by better training, utilizing technology and thinking outside of the box to stay ahead in an always changing market.
Resources & Infrastructure
Vision Properties over the past years has invested heavily in building the required infrastructure needed on the ground in Placencia to allow for growth and to ensure things run properly. Vision recently completed their new marina, office and warehouse complex located adjacent to the Placencia air strip where its local operations are now based out of. Through one of its sister companies in the United States, Vision has a dedicated logistics team and warehouse infrastructure in Arlington, Texas. This is critical for both construction and day to day operations as many items needed to run the properties are simply not available in Belize.
Through another US based sister company all properties managed by Vision have access to an exclusive dedicated booking and reservations team that’s sole mission is to get short term rental bookings for all the Vison managed properties.
